San Angelo City Attorney Theresa James has announced that she is resigning from her role and has accepted a new position at the City of Forth Worth. James’ resignation will go into effect on Oct. 11. She will take up a new position with the City of Fort Worth as a deputy city attorney. James stated that the decision to take up the new position was inspired by the opportunities that Fort Worth’s size can offer. James has worked for the City of San Angelo for just over nine years.
