Fort Concho will celebrate National Cowboy Day on July 25 with a morning of western art, refreshments, and live entertainment. The free event begins at 9 a.m. inside the American Plains Artists Western Art Show at the Quartermaster Gallery. Visitors can hear a presentation about the exhibit before a performance by the Concho Cowboy Company, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The art show features 70 western-themed paintings and sculptures. The public is invited to attend.
