Two people were hospitalized after a single-engine plane crashed southwest of Junction Sunday night. The Kimble County Sheriff’s Office says one of the people aboard the plane called authorities shortly after 11 p.m. to report the crash. Multiple emergency agencies responded and found the aircraft lodged in thick vegetation. Both occupants were removed from the plane and taken by ambulance for medical treatment. Their identities and conditions have not been released. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
