Christine Kimbele, 43, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly hitting a man with a metal baseball bat on August 14. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on North Grape Creek Road. Kimbele told authorities that the man threw objects at her, causing her pain, while the man claimed she attacked him with the bat, resulting in a bruise on his arm. Kimbele admitted to chasing him with the bat but denied striking him. She was arrested and remains in jail with a $30,000 bond.
