Memorial services have been set for Tom Green County Precinct 2 Commissioner Sammy Farmer, who died January 20 at the age of 74. Farmer served in the role since 2019 and was remembered by the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office as a dedicated public servant known for his leadership, integrity and care for the community. Visitation will take place Tuesday, January 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church in San Angelo, followed by a memorial service Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the same location.
