A new exhibit at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is highlighting artwork and artifacts from private collections throughout the Concho Valley. Museum officials say items from about 40 local collections are included in the display. Curators describe the exhibit as a rare opportunity to showcase significant pieces that are usually not accessible to the public. The exhibit runs through August 30.
