Several Democratic candidates seeking to represent the San Angelo area will host a public town hall Thursday focused on data center development. The event will feature congressional candidate Claire Reynolds, State House candidate Shiloh Salazar, and State Senate candidate Riley Rodriguez. Organizers say the discussion will focus on data center projects and their local, state, and federal impacts. Members of the San Angelo Data Center Citizen Coalition are also expected to attend. The meeting will be held at Gil’s Restaurant on North Chadbourne Street. Residents will have an opportunity to ask questions and hear updates on the issue.
