One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning in San Angelo. Police say the collision happened at South Bryant Boulevard and Ben Ficklin Road when a pickup truck turning left collided with a car, sending the car into a traffic signal pole. First responders used the jaws of life to free the driver from the heavily damaged vehicle. The driver was taken to a hospital with what appeared to be a broken arm. Investigators say the drivers gave conflicting accounts about the traffic signal, and the crash remains under investigation.
