An 18-year-old San Angelo man is facing child pornography charges after investigators say he admitted possessing a large collection of child sexual abuse material. According to court records, Noah Ruiz was arrested Wednesday after a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tip led investigators to a Google account allegedly linked to him. Authorities say they found dozens of videos and more than 100 images depicting child sexual abuse, along with thousands of other pornographic files. During an interview, Ruiz reportedly admitted possessing hundreds of videos and thousands of images and told investigators he knew he would eventually be caught. He remains in the Tom Green County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
