A San Angelo man has been jailed after being indicted on three counts of sexual assault of a child. Twenty-one-year-old Jacob Weaver was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center on June 23 following a grand jury indictment returned earlier this month. Court records allege the offenses involved the same child and occurred on three separate occasions in the fall of 2025. Weaver remains in custody with no bond listed. The charges are second-degree felonies. The case will proceed through the court system.
